and it’s all good.
As of lately, I have been thinking about blue cheese, probably because I have chicken wings on my mind as well. Nearly two years ago, I made a blue dressing, around the holidays, that rocked the socks off my guests. I have no idea why I did not make it over the past year or so, but because I made chicken wings this weekend, I brought out the blue cheese dressing. The robust flavors of this dressing are not only great with a spicy chicken wing, but will be great with steak, or a nice mixed green salad. Did I mention how easy it was to make?
Ingredients:
Combine all of your ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well. Refridgerate the dressing for over a hour and let the flavors come together (trust me it does not take long). When you are ready to serve, let the dressing sit in a bowl on the counter for 10 minutes or so before serving. Goes great with chicken wings!
